Let's bring back the fun of the web
Remember when the web used to be fun? Whether you were building a professional site or something stupid like your newest celebrity crush site, there was something freeing about being able to tweak some HTML then quickly get your site online.
We lost much of this with increasingly complex workflows. To host a website today, you have to jump through hoops such as:
- Git
- Github
- Deployment pipelines
- Build processes
- Environment errors
Hosting a website should be as simple as uploading your assets. That's exactly why we built Orbiter. We want the web to be fun (and fast) again.
About Steve
Steve is a self taught developer and has a passion for developer tools and documentation. He's currently the Head of Developer Relations at Pinata where he designed IPCM, which happen to be the perfect recipe for Orbiter's infrastructure. When he's not working or hacking away with Justin, Steve can be found in the Tennessee hills taking photos, drinking specialty coffee, or just spending time with his family.
About Justin
Justin has been building products for the last decade. He is currently heading up product at Pinata. Orbiter was an app he wanted to exist for himself, so he partnered with Steve to build it. In his spare time, you can catch Justin writing, watching baseball, or hanging out with family.
